I am Ada a civil engineer, entrepreneur, and author passionate about inspiring people to build, lead, and innovate.
I was born in Enugu, Nigeria, and raised in Port Harcourt, where I was inspired to pursue engineering by my mother, a civil engineer. Since then, I have gone on to work on major infrastructure projects in the UK while driving innovation at the intersection of engineering and technology.
I am the Founder of ENG TREPRENEUR, a global platform supporting engineers and innovators, and a Director at Jona Infrastructure Advisory, where I develop forward-thinking solutions in infrastructure and AI.
Through my writing, I share insights on leadership, innovation, and personal growth.
My work is focused on empowering individuals especially women and underrepresented groups—to step into leadership, challenge the status quo, and create meaningful impact.
